Return and Cancellation Policy
Not satisfied with your order?
We’d like to know how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will confirm the photo, and in most cases we can resolve your issue without requiring a return.
Refunds will be processed within five (5) working days of receiving your returned order or confirming the photo through our customer service.
Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or at discounted prices cannot be returned.
Returns by Mail
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund.

Because we ship from different distribution centers, we will confirm the correct return address for your order.
When returning an item, please:

Provide the original delivery note.

Package the product as securely as possible in its original packaging.

Include a note with your order number.

Request a tracking code from your shipping provider.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Please note: our suppliers and warehouses are located in Asia, so your return will need to be sent there.
Once your product arrives at our warehouse, we will either process your refund or ship your requested exchange.

If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours of ordering, we will issue a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer guaranteed, and you will need to follow the standard return process once the item arrives.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged product will depend largely on your location.
We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
